For supportes
Cash or kind donations are deductible from 35% of the disbursement up to a maximum of € 30,000. Alternatively, they are deductible within the limit of 10% of the income tax return.

For corporations
Donations are deductible up to 10% of declared business income. Food, pharmaceutical products and other products are not considered revenues if they are sold to charity organizations and therefore not attributable to business income and exempt from Article 10 from VAT.
