Humanitarian Crisis in Gaza
After eight months of relentless conflict, the humanitarian crisis is becoming increasingly dire, with civilians paying the highest price.
More than 37,000 people have lost their lives, 15,000 of these victims are innocent children. Over 84,000 have been injured. Nearly 2 million people have been forced to leave their homes in Gaza, struggling to survive without basic necessities such as water, food, and medical care.
Every day, the courage of the volunteers and staff of the Palestinian Red Crescent and the International Movement is severely tested, with too many workers, especially healthcare providers, losing their lives in their commitment to protect and assist those who suffer.
